| The Nap Mats are 22" wide and 51" long. They roll up, close with Velcro and have a handle. The fleece blanket (38 x 40) is attached to one side and the pillow cover is attached at the top. The Hypoallergenic 1/2" pad is very dense (a cross between batting & foam rubber). Remove the pillow before washing. The mat is guaranteed not to bunch up during washing or drying.
